Turn user requests or tickets into automated flows. The user submits a ticket then ServiceNow will take the inputs and pass them to scripts and flows to fulfill the requests, if there is an issue a ticket is generated for someone to respond. Flow Designer is a Now Platform feature that enables rich process automation capabilities in a consolidated design environment. It enables process owners to use natural language to automate approvals, tasks, notifications, and record operations without having to code.
